The initial consultation is free of charge.  During the consultation we will discuss the design concept and get the information required from the client necessary for the product design (invitation, announcement, etc.) A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required prior to the creation of a mock-up.  The deposit will be credited toward the total order.  If an order is not placed, the mock-up and design will remain the property of Meagan Leigh, LLC.


Due to the unique nature of our custom designs the per unit cost of the invitation/announcement is dependant on the materials used and complexity of the design, including costs incurred by external vendors.  Once the mock-up has been reviewed by the client, up to 2 subsequent revisions are allowed.  Additional revisions to the design are subject to additional fees.  Production will begin upon final approval.

The average time frame for the entire design process, including production, is 8 weeks (for quantities of 300 or less).  Orders required in less than 8 weeks’ time are taken on a case-by-case basis and subject to a Rush Order fee equal to 25% of the total order.  Be sure to order the proper quantity.  If additional quantities are required, due to bulk pricing for materials, the original price quoted per unit may not apply.


The client is responsible for proofing the design including, but not limited to, the design itself (colors, fonts and materials), spelling, grammar and information.  Once the design has been approved, a 50% deposit is required prior to production.  The remaining balance is due one week prior to delivery.  If the product is to be shipped to the client, the balance (including shipping charges) is due prior to shipment.  In the event an order is cancelled the client will be charged for all materials and labor incurred up to the point of cancellation.  If this amount is less than the deposit received the balance will be refunded.
